Harman

I’m Harman, a Biology tutor and NHS Advanced Practice Physiotherapist. I hold a Master’s in Advanced Physiotherapy with Distinction from the University of Salford and I’m HCPC registered. I’ve been teaching Biology for over 5 years alongside my clinical career. What makes my approach different is that I don’t teach Biology from a textbook alone. As a practising healthcare professional, I work with the human body every day. When I explain how the nervous system works, how muscles contract, or how the cardiovascular system responds to exercise, I’m drawing from real patient experience — not just diagrams in a revision guide. I specialise in making the topics students find hardest — physiology, anatomy, disease, and cellular biology — feel intuitive and memorable. My goal is for every student to understand the ‘why’ behind the Biology, not just memorise facts for the exam.
